Most of our items typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship. This excludes weekends and holidays. During busy times such as holidays, processing times may increase to up to 15 days.

We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs are FREE for all orders over $50
Our shipping times vary depending on the products ordered. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe. We try to negotiate the fastest shipping and handling times with our international suppliers to get you your items as soon as possible for the best prices.
We will provide a tracking number where applicable. For most products we have tracking available after it's been processed and you can check back on our website by clicking track order on the home page menu and then using your order# and email. This is typically available only 1 or 2 days after you get the email that it's been shipped.
If you do not receive any sort of email with tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.

Transit Times to United States: 3-4 weeks
Transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days
Average transit times are typically received in 3 weeks.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
TAXPlease note that all packages are shipped from our various warehouses. Our items are shipped duty unpaid so therefore customs charges, duties and import taxes may occur depending on your country's customs & shipping method. you can check with your local Customs Office for more information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.
ELLIE J SHOPPE is not responsible for packages scanned delivered to the address provided for shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with your postal carrier should they need to leave the package in a dedicated area. We are unable to file claims for recovery through your local courier when a package is scanned delivered, and therefore cannot provide compensation for a package deemed not received by the customer.
Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid Phone Number could be retained at customs and in some cases returned to the sender.
We are NOT responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
REFUSED PACKAGES (Both Domestic + International)
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping costs.
- Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
