Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. When you contact us regarding your return we will provide the return address where you are to to send your item(s).

Please note that any delivery costs for return of items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send a return to us without notifying us first. We want to ensure we refund the correct customer with the correct amount of money.

Your order must be in its original packaging and in the same condition it was dispatched in. If an item seems used or unfit for resale we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

You will receive a full refund for the item(s) you are returning, minus the originally delivery charge & returns fee.

Cancellation Policy

We highly encourage you to double check your cart and addresses prior to placing an order with us but we do understand that mistakes can be made.

We typically process orders with our suppliers the same day they are placed, so if a change needs to be made to your order please contact us ASAP at and we will do our best to accommodate that change. However, please be advised that we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that all Jewelry is FINAL SALE and therefore non returnable / refundable unless they are damaged or faulty. Bathing suits and under garments are also non returnable / refundable if the hygiene sticker has been removed.  

Damaged & Faulty Items

We are very sorry if your order does arrive damaged or faulty. We do try very hard to ensure all parcels are packed with attention and care, but unfortunately sometimes the delivery companies may have a hiccup during transit.

If your order does arrive damaged or is incorrect please let us know right away. We are here to help and want to ensure we resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Please report any damage to us within 7 days from receiving the parcel.

Ellie J Shoppe will cover the costs of postage on faulty or damaged orders.


**We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.**
